CNC turned and milled parts to your drawing

Send us a drawing or a STEP file. Back comes a quotation with a fixed price and a delivery date, then a part that fits in assembly without rework.

Services

What we make

Round parts run on the lathe, angular geometries on the machining centre. If a part needs both, it passes through both machines here and comes back to you fully machined.

  • Turning tool machining a shoulder on a steel shaft in the CNC lathe

    CNC turning

Shafts, bushings, flanges and threaded adapters are made on our CNC lathes. Driven tools handle cross holes and grooves in the same setup, so no dimensional drift creeps in between two setups.

  • Workpiece clamped in a precision vice on the milling table

    CNC milling

Plates, housings, bearing blocks and mounts are clamped on our machining centres. For recurring parts we build the fixture ourselves, which puts the next batch on the table sooner.

  • Finished turned aluminium parts from a small batch

    Single parts and small batches

Prototypes, spare parts for machines standing idle, and remakes with no drawing on file. For recurring demand we keep the program, so a repeat order runs without new setup time.

Manufacturing

Programming and machining in house

We write the programs ourselves and run them through simulation before the first chip. That keeps collisions away from the machine and means the very first part already holds the dimensions.

  • Turning and milling under one roof
  • Holes and grooves in the same setup
  • Fixture building for recurring parts
  • First article inspection before the batch runs
  • Deburred and cleaned before packing

Whether your part fits our machines takes a few minutes to settle, by phone or e-mail.

Materials

What we machine

Steel and stainless steel make up the bulk of our work, along with aluminium for lightweight mounts and brass for parts that have to seal. Special materials we clarify before quoting, because chip formation and tool life move the price more than the material cost itself.

  • Structural steel
  • Stainless steel
  • Quenched and tempered steel
  • Aluminium
  • Brass
  • Plastics

Process

How an enquiry runs

Four steps, from your file arriving to the part being packed.

  1. 01

    Documents

Drawing as a PDF or a STEP file, along with quantity, material and your target date. With no drawing, send us a sample part.

  2. 02

    Quotation

We check manufacturability and clamping, then come back promptly with a fixed price and a delivery date.

  3. 03

    Machining

After setup, a first article runs. The batch only starts once its dimensions check out.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Parts ship deburred and cleaned, with an inspection report and material certificate on request.

Common questions

What buyers and design engineers ask us

What do you need to quote?

A drawing as a PDF or a STEP file, along with quantity, material and your target date. If the drawing is missing, a sample part we can measure up is enough.

Do you make single parts?

Yes. A single spare part is machined the same way as a small batch. The setup time then falls on one part only, which shows in the unit price.

Do you treat our drawings confidentially?

Yes. Drawings, models and samples stay in house and are not passed on. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement beforehand.

Will I get an inspection report?

On request, with the checked dimensions from your drawing. We include a material certificate when you need one for your documentation.

Can you remake a part with no drawing left?

Yes. Send in the old part, broken is fine. We measure it up, draw it and machine from there.
